What time can I check in?
We look forward to having you stay at Trail Have Lodge! Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you check out by 11:00 AM.
How do I access the property?
You will receive a door code prior to your arrival. This code will be active at check-in time.
Do you allow smoking?
For the comfort of all guests, smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and vaping, is strictly prohibited indoors. Please feel free to use the cigarette receptacles on the front porch, and kindly avoid leaving cigarette butts in the yard.
Is early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability.
Do you allow pets?
We’re sorry, but pets are not permitted. This helps us maintain a fresh, allergy-friendly environment for every guest.
Can I use the garage?
No, the garage is private property and access is not permitted.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in. Cancellations between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are nonrefundable.
What is provided?
We provide a starter kit for your stay, including basic dish supplies and linens. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and dishes for your use. Please bring your own toiletries, towels, and personal items. We also recommend bringing camp chairs for around the firepit.
